10 years ago, I was working in NYC. My days were filled with constant stress. Eating out, traveling, and very little sleep. I thought if I went to the gym a few times a week that would make up for poor eating and lifestyle habits. Instead, I began to experience overwhelming digestive and anxiety issues that ruled my life. Something had to change. I began reading nutrition books to learn all I could about wellness. I started eating differently and making smart choices. The change in my health was almost immediate when I transitioned to eating mainly whole foods while avoiding foods with processed sugars, GMOs & artificial additives. My health improved, leading to my desire to help others with similar issues.
As a certified NTP, my goal is to help my clients in their journey to feel their best through a better understanding of how the food they eat effects their health, mood & many other aspects of their everyday lives. My goal is to teach you how nutrition and culinary wellness can help you alleviate health issues you may be experiencing. I will focus on you as a “bio-individual” with a custom approach tailored to your goals. It might feel daunting to start adjusting your lifestyle habits, but it can be simple and fun.
I work with clients experiencing complications from digestive issues, hormonal imbalances, low energy levels, stress, anxiety, and weight management. I am also a resource for clients seeking advice on meal planning, and incorporating healthy habits into everyday life to help avert health issues.
